Young Senior Football League (18 and over) looking for players and/or teams.
The league has 4 teams presently and is looking to expand. Referees always present, athletic therapist often present. All levels of experience accepted (we have players who had never worn equipment before and others who played semi-pro).
Player age ranges from 18 to 45 year old.
Helmet, shoulder pads and mouthguard required at all times
Modified contact: Full contact football, no head shots, no hits in the back, no hits below the thighs (except arm-ankle sweeps). Severe penalties for unsportsmanlike behavior. Fun, friendly, but competitive atmosphere.
Season starts in July/August. Runs 8-10 weeks weather permitting. $50/season/player. Equipment not included.
